Jo Moffatt

Jo is currently Integration Director for the Engineering & Design Global Practice at the design, engineering & project management consultancy Atkins, part of the SNC-Lavalin Group.  

With a career spanning over 25 years, she has extensive engineering leadership experience in the transportation and energy sectors. Building on a technical background in bridge engineering and delivering projects for complex global clients, she has held senior roles in operational business management and leading transformational change programmes.  

Jo is a chartered engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Companion of the CMI.

She is also a qualified executive coach and experienced mentor, for which she was recently recognised as winner of the Everywoman in Transport & Logistics Industry Champion Award. Jo is passionate about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in business, as an active thought leader driving change across sectors, and is Deputy Chair of the CMI Women board.

Jo is a champion for women in engineering and an advocate for flexible work practices, she work's part time and has managed to achieve significant career progress and recognition whilst working non-standard hours.
